Doha: About 16,000 new students are expected to be admitted to government schools across the country in the 2022-2023 academic year, the Ministry of Higher Education said.

He told Qatar TV in an interview that 10,000 students would graduate from government secondary schools in the current academic year and that parents would not have to go to school to register as students and that a registration link was available on the ministry’s website. The registration process can be completed through the link https://eduservices.edu.gov.qa/. Registration of new students, transfer from government school and transfer from private institutions to government schools are available online. The last date for registration for admission to government schools is June 9.
During this period, Qatari students, those born to Qatari mothers and those from GCC countries can register. Children of expatriate workers in government agencies, ministries and charities can apply for admission until May 26. All documents must be submitted online.
