At the start of the summer, Australian model Sahara Ray (31), daughter of surfing star Tony Ray, revealed she was in a wheelchair after a collision with a drunk driver.

After the accident, she was diagnosed Guillain-Barrés syndromea condition that left her paralyzed from the thighs down.
“I’m mainly in a wheelchair and I have a walker. So I wasn’t on Instagram and I wasn’t on TikTok because obviously I was very depressed,” she explained in an app. TikTok video.
Guillain-Barré is a rare condition in which the immune system attacks the nerves, and it can occur after a traumatic event, according to PEDIATRIC.

“So basically, right now, I’m paralyzed from my thighs all the way down to my feet. I can’t walk at all,” the model explained.
Ray first rose to fame in 2016 when she was pictured swimming naked in Hawaii – alongside none other than Justin Bieber. The pictures made her famous overnight.
The 31-year-old has also been recognized from his OnlyFans account.

In April this year, she was hit by a drunk driver at 80 km/h. The accident is said to have shocked her body, and “further into this crazy disease”.
