The Orange Guinea Foundation (FOG) and the ministry of the Promotion of Women, Children and Vulnerable People (MPFEPV) have signed July 8, 2024, a framework agreement aimed at strengthening collaboration and multiply theefforts for the protection and empowerment of women, vulnerable people and children in Guinea.
This framework agreement, the result of a shared commitment to well-being Guinean populationsis structured around several key strategic axes, including among others :
• L’access des populations vulnerable, especially those living in the health, education and cultural services environment ;
• La promotion you changing social norms and the balance of power in favor of girls and young women through awareness-raising actions on respecting hygiene rules in schools and communities ;
• The reinforcement dOpportunities for economic empowerment and social inclusion of womengirls ;
• Lthe protection of girls and young women against all forms of violence, and protect children through prevention messages, alerts, denunciations with NTIC ;
• The care and rehabilitation of people living with disabilities ;
• Access to health care from 3th âge.
Mr. Ousmane Boly TRAORE President of the Orange Guinea Foundation said : “We are proud of the signing of this framework agreement, which comes at the right time because the essence of the FOG – that of acting in favor of women, children, the most vulnerable – meets the objectives of the MPFEPV. It will allow us to be more present pour Guinean populations. »

The signing of this framework agreement constitutes an important step in the realization of commitments from the FOGin matters of protection of the rights of women, of the childrenfrom 3th age and people living with disabilities.
The MPFEPV and the FOG reaffirm their determination to work together to contribute to to build a Guinea in which chaas a citizen can flourish fully.
