The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation condemned the double terrorist attack in Sevare and Mordia in central Mali, which killed at least nine people and injured more than sixty.
His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Organization, Hussein Ibrahim Taha, described these attacks, which are still targeting peaceful citizens, as abhorrent acts, calling for an end to these heinous acts.
He affirmed the full solidarity of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation with Mali and the countries of the Sahel region in their war against terrorism, expressing condolences to the families of the victims, and a speedy recovery to the injured.
