The Plenary Assembly will decide whether or not to accept the recommendation.
The Oversight Commission approved the night of this Thursday, February 22, the report that recommends to the Plenary Session of the National Assembly the political trial against Fausto Murillo and Juan José Morillomember and former member of the Judiciary Council, respectively.
The report was approved with eight favorable votes.

Fausto Murillo is accused of not having reported at the time JJ Morillo and Maribel Barrenothen members of the Judiciary, after the leak of audios in which both supposedly ask a judge to rule in favor of Guadalupe Llori with a protection action so that he returns to the Presidency of the Legislature.
He is also accused of not paying salary equalization to 4,375 officials. Furthermore, for supposedly assuming functions by having served as president of the Judiciary.
He stated that this is the third time they have tried to remove him. In the first he was removed by the Council for Citizen Participation and Social Control (Cpccs), but restored by decision of a constitutional judge. Then he faced the first impeachment trial, in which the votes were not enough.
Meanwhile, Juan José Morillo faces criminal proceedings. He was called to trial for alleged influence peddling.
