The Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) will carry out automatic indexation of pension payments for three categories of citizens from December 1 of this year.
Pensioners over 80 years old and people with disabilities of the first group will be able to receive an increased pension, the Karelian Pension Fund said. The size of the fixed payment to the insurance pension will be 12,088 rubles, but it will not be able to assign it to recipients of social pensions or pensions for the loss of a breadwinner.
