Gamma was issued last June and was the largest issue among non-bank credit companies since the beginning of the year on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, an issue that made Phoenix the controlling owner of the company.

Erez Yosef has over 30 years of experience in the finance, credit and capital markets. Prior to joining the Phoenix Group and until about two years ago, Erez served for 30 years in a variety of positions at Bank Hapoalim and in his most recent position served as Deputy CEO COO, In charge of the Strategy, Resources and Operations Division. Erez has extensive experience, extensive knowledge and many years of familiarity with the banking, finance, credit systems, means of payment and credit cards.
