Laura Pausini has not remained indifferent to the flood that is bringing theEmilia Romagna. From the very first hours, he published heartfelt appeals on social media and invited those who can to donate to the Red Cross to offer assistance to people in difficulty due to the tragedy that is affecting the region. In the last post published on Instagram, Pausini wanted to show a photo that portrays the his parents.
“Mom and Dad. 75+78. The example of a lifetime. Thank you for teaching us never to give up,” wrote the singer, rushing to a snapshot of her parents shoveling mud in front of their home. Even Solarolo, Pausini’s city of origin, was in fact hit hard by the allusion: relatives and friends had to leave their respective homes, as well as their closest loved ones.
Furthermore, the singer has once again asked all her followers to mobilize for a fundraiser for the people and communities most affected by floods and landslides. There are those who have lost a lot, not to mention everything, and the fundraising was organized by the Territorial Security Agency and the Civil Protection of Emilia Romagna.
