Romanian police have arrested the leader of a gang that kidnapped women and threatened them with weapons to star in pornographic videos.

Romania’s Andrew Tate and his brother, boxer Tristan Tate, are wanted by the Romanian police. Both of them have been involved in activities such as speaking on social media in a way that incites hatred and talking obscenely and vulgarly about women. As a result, their pages have been blocked on many social websites.
The police have received evidence that Andrew Tate is making a business of threatening women with weapons and taking pornographic pictures and publishing them on secret websites and for this he has created a large gang.
Romanian police have been trying to arrest the Tate brothers since last April, according to Reuters.

In this case, both the Tate brothers have been arrested by the Romanian police in Bucharest. A member of Andrew Tate’s gang has also been arrested.
A video posted on Twitter by Andrew Tate taunting young Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg led to the Romanian police’s arrest.
The video shows Andrew Tate smoking a cigarette while someone hands him a pizza box. The name of the famous pizza company Jerry’s Pizza was spotted by the police on the pizza box in the video. Based on that, they found out where they are and arrested them. The court ordered them to be detained for 30 days and interrogated.
Upon learning of the arrest, Greta Thunberg joked on Twitter, “This is what happens when you don’t recycle pizza tins.”
