In the Russian city of Voronezh, the police issued military service summonses to 50 Azerbaijanis celebrating their birthdays in one of the restaurants.

According to the Vesti Voronezh Telegram channel, witnesses said that the police first checked the documents and then handed out summonses to the military commissariat.

According to some reports, summonses have recently been issued to citizens of the Russian Federation, but not military registration.

In late October, the head of the Investigative Committee Aleksandr Bastrikin He proposed depriving migrants of citizenship who received Russian passports but did not want to participate in the war against Ukraine:

“As long as the special military operation continues, they should be involved in this operation. If someone is not ready to fulfill his military duty as a citizen of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to make a decision to deprive such a person of his citizenship.”
