  • Managing and leading innovation processes in the Ministry of Justice in order to promote the goals of the Ministry through the creation, development and promotion of an environment that encourages innovation, within the framework of the Policy and Strategy Planning Division, including:
  • Initiating, executing and managing projects in the field of innovation, including leading studies, formulating policy papers in the field, etc.
  • Development and creation of tools to encourage innovation and innovative and creative thinking that will be available to managers and for various policy processes in the office, such as design thinking, brainstorming, open innovation, hackathons, Design Sprint and more.
  • Existence of active detection processes for detecting problems, barriers and formulating appropriate solutions in the office units.
  • Leading and accompanying the implementation of the solutions they choose while using tools from the worlds of innovation.
  • Managing partnerships with government agencies and external agencies in the field of innovation.
  • Developing knowledge in methods and systems that support innovation, and maintaining contact with academics involved in the field, organizations in the business sector, in the third sector and in the international arena for the purpose of getting to know methods and ways to develop and encourage innovation in organizations, with an emphasis on government organizations.
  • Developing the ability to measure the field at the project level and at the office level, with an emphasis on success and impact indicators.
  • Development of motivational mechanisms in the field.
  • Working in cooperation with the other agencies and units of the office that promote different types of innovation (technological innovation, digital transformation, innovative projects, public participation processes, service innovation and innovation in the legal ecosystem in the State of Israel).
