The arrival of Doug a Brawl Stars it has been a huge disappointment, considered one of the worst brawlers from all over the game, and with good reason. In his first days or very low cups, he dominates for obvious reasons, but as soon as you rise to a reasonable amount, he has no tools to be useful in almost any scenario.
The team is already simmering a balance change which many find quite urgent, for finally weakening Cordelius and Shelly, and also for giving them a modicum of utility. Although for this, a round of nerfs here and there may not be enough.

Doug’s possible rework in Brawl Stars
The user @LaLlamita3 has elaborated a quite drastic change for the brawler, reworkeandolo en un thrower. A rather risky change, but with very interesting details that could be more realistic in the face of a balance change.
super upgrade
The hot dog is definitely Doug’s big handicap. Nothing easy to hit an ally because of his short range. Add the ability to cross walls and, if it fails, stay on the ground for a short period of time so that it can be obtained, it would by itself be a great improvement for the brawler.
super charge
now doug takes longer to charge when dealing damage, but also charges when healing allies. In the same way that other brawlers charge it when doing or receiving damage.
El rework total como thrower
An attack of the same range but that can be launched to a very close area, extending the brawler’s attack/healing range, when not in melee. The damage and healing work the same with respect to the center of the attack. His drive-thru stellar becomes Doug’s passive. The first gadget quadruples the healing. Being somewhat more realistic a x3. The first star grants the movement speed bonus during the super tick, not after the revive. The second star deals 20% extra damage during the super tick.
That last step is quite a twist that perhaps the team at Brawl Stars don’t you dare assume. But the other two reworks to the super and its charge would give Doug a huge boost within the meta.
