The President of Fasó, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, pays tribute to deserving students and teachers
Ouagadougou, August 24, 2024 (AIB) – The President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, congratulated the students and teachers who were given credit for good performance at school and celebrated the occasion of the academic excellence day , on Friday, on his X account.
In particular, the President wrote: “I congratulate the best students and teachers who achieved fame this year with their results, and whose merit was celebrated on the occasion of School Excellence Day.
Your amazing results inspire our commitment to train the leaders of tomorrow, a new and ongoing sovereign Burkina Faso.
As I am convinced that the school is a model, and one of the pillars of nation building, I invite the actors of our education system to reflect on the overhaul of the Burkinabè school.
May our schools and training centers produce citizens with good morals, with a high sense of patriotism and, above all, able to participate in the battle for peace and prosperity in Burkina Faso.
