The president of the Socimi All Iron, Pedro Luis Michelena, has resigned from his position, also leaving the board of directors of the companyas reported by the company to BME Growth, an alternative market in which it has been listed since 2020.

The Socimi was promoted by his son Ander Michelena and Jon Uriarte, who sold Ticketbis to Ebay in 2016. In the first half of 2023, it obtained a net profit of 6.9 million euros, in line with the result of the previous year (+1.6%) and after increasing its income by 19%, to 2.1 million of euros.
The value of its portfolio amounted to 252.6 million euros at the end of June last year, the result of the two appraisals carried out by the consulting firms Savills Aguirre Newman and Gloval Valuation, after choosing the lowest valuation in both cases.
Its assets are divided into 1,156 units, equivalent to 1,105 apartments and 51 hostel rooms (lodges) with 270 beds., including the asset in Madrid Almagro (17 apartments). In total, 19 properties with a constructed area of 99,730 m2.
