He invited people to attend Sunday consultations to choose community projects.

In a visit to the Ruta de la Mandarina commune in Miranda, President Nicolás Maduro set a target of 6 thousand communes in three years.

The Head of State directed the delivery of the trucks to the Ruta de la Mandarina commune.

To carry out this project, he asked the Office of the Presidency and the Minister of Monitoring of Government Management, Aníbal Coronado, to establish communication for the delivery of these trucks, in order to begin the process of distributing the goods to the producers’ communities.

The dignitary affirmed that Venezuela is headed toward a major change in the government system.

“We are going to make a major change in the government system,” because “the government cannot be in the air, the government has to be with the people in the region and the country’s resources must be invested in the region and in the needs of the people,” he indicated.

During this visit, he also instructed that “the ministry regionalize its work in the 4,505 communal circuits, in all governorates”, in addition, he indicated that “roughly we can reach five thousand, six thousand communes in three years, but the communes must be really, consolidated, organized, working with projects, with results, with actions.”

He also called on people to participate in the second National Popular Consultation 2024 next Sunday.

“On Sunday you have to attend so they can vote for the priority project starting at 8 a.m.,” he explained.
