Gold prices rose by Rs 14 per gram and Rs 112 per gram today.
In Chennai, the price of 22 carat jewelery gold was Rs 4,722 per gram and Savaran was Rs 37,776 as on Saturday.
In this case, as of Monday (today) morning, gold has increased by Rs. 14 to Rs. 4,736 per gram. Sawaran rose by Rs 112 to Rs 37,888.
Gold is selling at Rs 4,736 per gram in Coimbatore, Trichy and Vellore.
