The price of used housing in Spain has registered a rise of 0.3% during the month of July, standing at 1,996 euros/m2, according to the latest idealista real estate price index. This data is 7.2% higher than that of the same month last year while it is 5.6% below the maximum historical price of housing in Spain, registered in June 2007.

The Canary Islands, Aragon and Asturias lead the monthly increases
