In connection with the changes made to the Tax Code and the Law “On State Duty” this year, the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan has approved corresponding changes to the form of some declarations and reports, annexes to them and the procedure for their preparation.
The department reported this to Day.Az on Saturday.
According to the information, changes have been made to the form of the following declarations and reports:
The form of the “Report on the collection of state duty” and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 3 to the value added tax return” and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 5 to the value added tax return” and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Declaration of tax withheld at source of payments and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 2 to the declaration of tax withheld at the source of payments” and the procedure for its preparation;
The form of the “Income Tax Declaration” and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 1 to the income tax return” and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 5 to the income tax return” and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 7 to the income tax return” and the procedure for its preparation;
The form of the “Income Tax Declaration” and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 1 to the income tax return” and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 3 to the income tax return” and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 5 to the income tax return” and the procedure for its preparation;
The form of the “Property Tax Declaration” and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 1 to the property tax return” and the procedure for its preparation;
The form of the “Land Tax Declaration” and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 1 to the land tax declaration” and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 2 to the land tax declaration” and the procedure for its preparation;
The form of the “Simplified Tax Declaration” and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 1 to the simplified tax return” (for legal entities) and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Appendix No. 1 to the simplified tax return” (for individuals) and the procedure for its preparation;
Form “Certificate on the accrual of current tax payments and the procedure for its preparation”;
Form “Declaration on value added tax of a non-resident accepted for tax registration in electronic format” and the procedure for its preparation.
