The Prosecutor: “Ciro Grillo and his friends on trial for sexual violence”
The facts disputed by the Tempio Pausania Public Prosecutor’s Office, which requested the indictment, date back to July 2019 and would have occurred in the home of Grillo in Porto Cervo. The girl was then 19 years old. The hearing was set for June 25th.
The accusations against Ciro Grillo and his friends
The four are accused of group sexual assault, and for Ciro Grillo, Lauria and Capitta there is also the charge of sexual violence against the student’s friend for a series of obscene photos taken while she slept.
The interrogation of Ciro Grillo and the request for indictment
The Tempio Pausania prosecutor has asked for indictment for Ciro Grillo and the other three after the interrogation of Beppe Grillo’s son, which took place in great secrecy in a police station in Genoa.
The turning point in the orientation of the Prosecutor’s Office came after that Ciro Grillo he was heard for two hours last Monday by the carabinieri to whom he made spontaneous statements.
