The prosecutor’s office of the city of Svobodny organized an inspection after the morning fire at the Amur gas processing plant.
According to the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office, to clarify the details of the incident, the Svobodnensky city prosecutor Olga Smirnova arrived at the enterprise. She will check how the legislation on industrial and fire safety was observed at the plant, and also supervise the work of the operational services working at the site of the emergency.
Let us remind you that on Friday morning one of the installations was depressurized on the second technological line, there was a pop of gas, which caused a fire. The employees of the plant were evacuated on time, no one was injured. There are no threats to nearby villages.
