He stressed that “the Public Prosecution Authority is committed to removing severe obstacles to the effectiveness of the defense’s performance, as it is one of the requirements for complete justice.”
For his part, the head of the Bar Syndicate said, “The members of the Syndicate are working to consolidate the concept of the right to defense. They believe in their duty in the field of administering justice, considering that they are a partner in the structure of protecting rights and freedoms.”
