The Public Prosecutor’s Office added that, in response to the violation of the rules and controls for managing public funds; The Chief Prosecutor in the Office of the Public Prosecutor investigated the fact that the accused’s behavior deviated from the requirements of the position entrusted to him.

The office stated that the fact that the official had absolved himself of his disciplinary duties had been revealed to the chief prosecutor. intentionally disposing of millions of pounds in violation of the governing rules; And his violation of the requirements of reviewing financial operations and examining their compatibility with financial systems.

The Attorney General’s office indicated that this behavior caused severe damage to public money. Thus, the investigator ended up ordering the accused to be remanded in custody.
