A measure to which the five million French people who use these titles quickly became accustomed as it allowed them to save money, in particular by favoring home-cooked meals.

But “this had distorted the very function of meal vouchers,” assures the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises to Le Parisien. Therefore, on January 1, 2024, the list of products that it will be possible to pay for using sesame will be reduced. No more pasta, rice, meat and fish, or even canned and unprocessed frozen foods, infant milk, cereals and instant drinks.

As reported by the Journal du Geek, you can always use it for bread, pastries and all bakery products, canned and frozen prepared meals, fruits and vegetables, prepared or instant meals, and finally sandwiches. and salads.
