The Russian authorities today lifted the “anti-terrorist operation regime” that had been in force since Saturday, with the aborted mutiny of the Wagner paramilitary group and its leader, Evgueni Prigojin, with whom the Kremlin claims to have reached an agreement for the latter to go into exile in Belarus. In a video published this Monday on the ‘Telegram’ network, the interested party reiterates that the purpose of his coup d’état was not to overthrow Putin.
