He was 28 years old. Information revealed by the American site TMZ and confirmed by the agency the Associated Press, according to which Kirshnik Khari Ball, of his real name, played dice in a bowling club in the city, with Quavo, his uncle and member of the Migos group, of which he was also a member.
The shooting took place around 2:30 a.m. Also according to TMZ, two other people were shot dead and Takeoff, who was shot in or near the head, was pronounced dead at the scene. The shooters are on the run, no arrests have yet been made.
The shock of Takeoff’s death

Who was rapper Takeoff?
Born June 18, 1994, in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Kirshnik Khari Ball, aka Takeoff, grew up surrounded by family members, including rappers Quavo and Offset. Bathed in this universe, he began creating music and rapping in 2008. With his uncle Quavo and his cousin Offsert, he created a first group called Polo Club, which would become Migos. After meeting with success and releasing three albums, Takeoff announces the release of a solo project, The Last Rocketreleased in 2018.
In 2020, rapper Takeoff is accused by a woman of sexual assault. The case will be dismissed by the Los Angeles district attorney for lack of evidence. Takeoff was shot to death on November 1, 2022 in Houston, Texas.
