Chilean television host Mario Kreutzberger, popularly known as Don Francisco, was recognized with three Guinness Records for his career.
The Guinness World Records awarded him the record as the longest-lived variety show television presenter, as he is 82 years and 85 days old; and as the driver with the longest career, adding to the present 60 years and 277 days.
Likewise, the Sábado Gigante program held the record for the program with the same host for more than fifty years. Mario Kreutzberger ran this popular show for 53 years and 42 days.
“It is a great honor to once again celebrate Don Francisco as an Official Record Holder of Guinness World Records,” said Carlos Martínez, Vice President of Guinness World Records.
“Don Francisco inscribed his name in our book for the first time in 1993. Today, 30 years later, he continues adding records, which shows not only his perseverance, but also his exceptional relevance and contribution to the world of communication and of culture in our language.
