Spaniard Jonny Otto, formerly of Celta Vigo and Atlético de Madrid, has been sidelined by Wolverhampton Wanderers after an “incident in training.”

The Spanish full-back was not included in the squad last Saturday against Arsenal and will not play this Tuesday against Burnley.

“There was an incident on the training ground last week and the matter is being discussed with the club. Jonny will not be in the squad tomorrow. If and when he comes back, I will say,” said Wolverhampton manager Gary O’Neill. Wanderers, at a press conference.

“At this moment he is not available for the next matches. I prefer not to go into details, the club is dealing with it,” he added.

Jonny Otto, who arrived on loan from Atlético de Madrid in 2018 and was signed by Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2019, has only played three games this season, two in the League Cup and one in the Premier League.
