A few years ago, a family from the former Square Chassidut came to the Chabad Cozumel family house, and following the visit to the Chabad house, the whole family repented and today they are Chabad followers who live in Florida.
This week a large wedding was held in New York for the daughter of Square Mayor Rabbi Spitzer, with the rabbi shliach Uncle Caplin Invited to the wedding following his strong bond with the couple and the spiritual accompaniment he gives them.
At the end of the wedding, Rabbi Spitzer surprised Rabbi Kaflin and told him that the Rebbe of Squire wanted to convey his gratitude to the Chabad House and to Rabbi Melech Moshiach and asked him to come visit him the next day. Rabbi Kaflin met with him and told him about the Chabad House activities.
The Rebbe was very impressed and said that only the Rebbe could touch all types of Jews, and at the end he asked to contribute and participate in the activities of the Chabad House in Cozumel.
