But, in case of insults, the administration does not hesitate to send a letter of call to order. If the CNAV records an increase in incivility “rather in intensity than in quantity”, she notices that “this is the case in all public services, in connection with the post-Covid more … than reform retirements ».
In this context, the director general of the Cnav wants to be reassuring: the administration is in the starting blocks and the reform should not disrupt payment…
