Yun Sun, the director of the China Project in Washington, said, “There has been a rift in the relationship between the United States and China. European countries cut economic ties with Russia. The countries of the world are divided into different teams. The relationship between Russia and China is strengthening as a result of the war in Ukraine,” he said.
Andrey Denisov was sworn in as the Russian Ambassador to China on the 11th. Senior Chinese Foreign Ministry official Yang Jiechi congratulated him. Then Yang said, “Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping will take steps to establish international order.”
