This meeting, organized in partnership with the Regional Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima (CCIS-TTA), in the presence of managers and economic players, was an opportunity to shine the spotlight on this system of reducing social charges.

Speaking on this occasion, the regional director of the CNSS, Mourad Bouyahyaoui, stressed that this meeting aims to raise awareness among companies in the region about the new system of exemption from late payment penalties and increases relating to CNSS receivables, specifying that this measure makes it possible to erase late payments prior to December 2023.

In this regard, he said that this exemption offers companies the opportunity to settle their CNSS debts and to comply.

In a statement to MAP, the president of the CCIS-TTA, Abdellatif Afilal, noted that this meeting aims to answer the questions of companies in the region concerning the entry into force of a provisional remission of late payment penalties, penalties and recovery costs relating to CNSS receivables relating to the period 12/2024 and earlier.

He noted that the objective of this meeting is to encourage companies and professionals in the Northern region to benefit from these exemptions and to resolve their situation with the CNSS.

It should be noted that this meeting comes following the decision of the CNSS Board of Directors held on September 22, 2023 and the decision of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Similar meetings will be held in Al Hoceima (December 6) and Larache (December 8).
