The Republicans are already tearing themselves apart before the legislative elections: rally LREM or “rebuild an independent right”?

Like many LR officials, the mayor of Le Touquet Daniel Fasquelle will vote Emmanuel Macron in the second round of the presidential election. But in a press release posted online Friday morning where he appears side by side with the President of the Republic, the one who is also national treasurer of LR seems to look well beyond Sunday’s ballot by evoking his “demanding and attentive support to the LREM candidate. Which would be for him “the only one who can maintain our country at its international level, to be able to carry out the reforms necessary for its future (…)”.
