Just like France, which is currently experiencing an unprecedented winter drought, other regions of the globe are facing an extreme lack of water. In this report broadcast in partnership with CNRS Le Journal, we head to Arizona, where a mega-drought has persisted for twenty years now. There, American and French researchers are studying intermittent rivers, fragile waterways that no longer flow permanently, a situation that could soon affect France.
