“The Robinsons”: what happened to all the protagonists of the show

A few days ago the protagonists of “The Robinsons” (original title “The Cosby Show”) had to say goodbye to one of their historical directors, Jay Sandrich, who died at 89 years old. It was 1984 when the adventures of a wealthy African American family, the Huxtables (surname later adapted into the simpler Robinson in the Italian edition), composed by his father, gynecologist Heathcliff “Cliff” Robinson, from mother Claire, lawyer, and five children Sandra, Denise, Theo, Vanessa and Rudy. The show, set in Brooklyn, focused mainly on the lines of the protagonist – played by Bill Cosby – on family dynamics and on the problems of the children (during the episodes delicate topics such as teenage pregnancies and drug use were also touched). The last episode of “The Robinsons” was broadcast in 1992: what has happened since then to the performers of all the main characters?
