On the seventh of October there were citizens but there was no state, the social initiatives of the civil society are the ones that gave the immediate answer and saved the public. Civil society was revealed in all its glory as it works non-stop to provide a broad and comprehensive response in various fields. Now the government must build a partnership based on trust with civil society, and include the infinite number of sporadic organizations based on need and fairness for the benefit of the entire public.

These days we are all in the midst of a collective and massive trauma, which is characterized by uncertainty, loss, grief and chaos. Individuals and families displaced from their homes, hurting and grieving. Some of them face a mental, financial or health collapse, many children lack adequate educational support for their children, for a moment they get up and recover and for a moment they collapse into sorrow and despair. Many of the country’s citizens hold onto hope with the rest of their strength, making an effort to rebuild their mental and physical home.
