The role of pet-sitter is also recognized in Sicily
The Economic Development Sector announces that the role of pet-sitter, or specialized personnel responsible for animal care, has also been recognized in Sicily.
A pet sitter is a specific figure who takes care of, looks after and treats all pets in compliance with hygiene conditions, their physical and psychological well-being and their safety and that of their owners, as well as of third parties who may have contact with them.
In this context, it is represented that this figure can be acquired by enrolling in the professional register, after participating in a specific course.
