In his speech, HM King Mohammed VI announced the start of another march, no less glorious, that of development, modernization and construction for a modern, developed and radiant Morocco, the Tunisian expert told MAP, in reaction to the Royal Speech.

This is a “program speech” that builds a vision for the future and highlights the path to follow so that the Kingdom, strengthened by the cohesion of the national community, the progress it is making in all areas and its recognized weight as a key player for regional security, can continue its march to consolidate its achievements and strengthen its international positioning, noted this Tunisian expert.

According to Mr. Ouerghi, the Royal Speech is intended to be a renewed opportunity to recall the constants of Moroccan policy, the scope of its action undertaken both at the national and regional levels and the major projects to be carried out to guarantee the conditions for inclusive and sustainable development, the fruits of which will benefit all Moroccans without exception.

In his speech, the Sovereign emphasized a global strategy for the development of the southern provinces through the launch of structuring projects and the implementation of major structuring projects, recalls the political scientist, noting that this orientation aims to guarantee the different regions of the Kingdom a stronger regional integration.

This Royal desire to provide the southern provinces with the services and infrastructure essential to their economic development aims to make the Atlantic coast a high place of human communion, a pole of economic integration, a center of continental and international influence, noted Mr. Ouerghi.

He added that the Royal Speech also offers guidelines for strengthening the Kingdom’s positioning in the African space by favoring the avenues of a fair and mutually profitable partnership.
