The Saint-Ouen “narcotics” war in court

This is the story of a traffic as violent as it is prosperous, which finds itself once again before the criminal court of Bobigny, in Seine-Saint-Denis, Thursday, April 13. The tail of a comet of a war of “narcotics” which has long undermined the city of Boute-en-Train de Saint-Ouen, which was emptied of its last inhabitants in December 2021 before an urban renovation project.

Twelve of the suspected traffickers « Boutes » are called to appear. Aged 24 to 39, they are dismissed for “participation in a criminal association for the commission of offenses punishable by ten years’ imprisonment”, “acquisition, possession, transport, offer or sale of narcotics” , for some in recidivism.

Two are on the run – including the network’s alleged leader, El Mehdi Z., a 33-year-old rap producer based in Morocco. The thirteenth member, the only woman in the file, Sara B., is dismissed for “non-justification of resources by a person in connection with a person engaged in the trafficking of narcotics”. In a relationship with the right arm of the boss, she was offered trips, designer bags, wads of cash and even a rhinoplasty, in full knowledge of the origin of the money.

We are in August 2020. El Mehdi Z. with the evocative nickname, “Unhealthy”, then reigns over one of the biggest deal points in the Paris region from his Moroccan home, delegating the management of the land to his henchman in the quoted, the so-called Mohamed Salah M., known as “Mojito”. At stake: a profit estimated between 10,000 and 16,000 euros per day by the investigators, and in which everyone played their role and drew their ticket. THE “humans” up, the “hardworking” below, according to the terms used by the traffickers, and from 80 to 2,000 euros to be won on the day according to his rank.

Among the thirteen dismissed, “Mojito” did not hide his lifestyle: luxurious trips – including a week in Greece at 8,000 euros -, cars, apartment in Marrakech… Faced with the examining magistrate, he ended up admitting to being the ” manager “ of the Boutes deal point since April 2020.

The others more or less admit their status in the network: ” treasurer “, ” manager “ point of sale day or night, “nurse” hiding the money, “recharger” or « services » returned by giving instructions to the lookouts or to the sellers… The organization is run-in and vertical, and beware of anyone who does not respect the directives.
