jpnn.comSAMARINDA – Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah asked the Samarinda Occupational Health and Safety Center (K3) to be ready to be at the forefront of implementing K3 in the construction of projects in the National Capital City (IKN) of the archipelago which will continue in the long term.
Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah conveyed this at the Samarinda K3 Center Service Program Brainstorming and Workplace Hazard Control Strategies in Samarinda, East Kalimantan on Saturday (16/3).
“The existence of the Samarinda K3 Center is very important and must be ready in advance so that the entire development process carried out at IKN ensures that K3 runs well,” stressed Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah.
Furthermore, Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah said that the Samarinda K3 Center was one of the occupational health and safety centers that received priority for revitalization.
Until now, he has ensured that the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) continues to complete the revitalization process.
The Minister of Manpower said that revitalization was carried out, both regarding human resource (HR) capabilities, K3 testing facilities and infrastructure as well as building and construction facilities that were able to answer the challenges of massification and expanding the reach of K3 testing.
“The selection of the Samarinda K3 Center as one of the revitalized centers certainly does not escape the strategic plan for the development of the Indonesian Capital City in North Penajam Paser,” he concluded. (mrk/jpnn)
