Noodles: 1 cup

Beans: 1/4 cup

Carrot: 1/2 cup

Cabbage: 1/4 cup

Chilli: 1/4 cup

Big onion: 1

Garlic : 10 cloves

Crushed Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp

Cooking Oil: As required

Soya and Chilli Sauce : 1 tbsp

How to do it?

Add a pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of oil to boiling water and boil the noodles for a few minutes. Then, drain the water and wash the noodles a couple of times and keep them drained.

Heat oil in a pan and fry finely chopped garlic and onion. Then, add the lengthwise cut beans, carrot, cabbage and green chillies and saute well. Add soya, chilli sauce, coarsely crushed red chilli powder and salt as needed and stir. After a few minutes add the noodles and stir well.

Then, add some chopped coriander leaves or onion leaves and stir and now the delicious small grain noodles are ready. Those who do not like the taste of the sauce can add turmeric powder. Some brands of noodles may also contain spices in packets.
