Based on evidence provided by the Attorney General’s Office, a specialized criminal judge in Bogotá sentenced five foreign citizens, members of the criminal group ‘Satanás’ or ‘Los Luisitos’, for selective homicides in which the victims were tortured and wrapped in plastic bags, in the town of Kennedy, in the southwest of Bogotá.
Those sentenced are: Luis Fernando Mallarino Villarte, alias Luisito, one of the leaders of the illegal organization, who will serve a sentence of 47 years and 5 months in prison; and Ted Wayak Mendoza Machado, alias Guya; Yorkendy José Montero Gutiérrez, alias Cejas; Eduardo Santamaría, alias el Flaco; and José Javier Herrera Ramírez, alias Guri, sentenced to 45 years and 8 months in prison.
These five people were found responsible for the crimes of aggravated homicide and torture.
During the oral trial, participation in three homicides that occurred on August 25, 2022 was proven. In these cases, the victims were taken to a building, attacked with sharp objects, wrapped in black plastic bags and transported in a cart to the El Amparo sector, where they were abandoned on a public road.

The National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences established at the time that the bodies showed signs of extreme violence, with between 24 and 59 wounds caused by sharp weapons.
The first instance ruling, in addition to the prison sentence, imposed fines of 8,999 times the current legal monthly minimum wage on the convicted persons, and disqualification from exercising public functions and rights for 20 years.
These citizens of Venezuelan and Colombian origin, members of a criminal organization led by alias Satan, were found guilty of numerous crimes of kidnapping, torture and murder. The investigation, which captured public attention due to the brutality of the crimes, revealed that these individuals came to Colombia with the intention of acting as a death squad under the orders of their boss, Satan.
