Arcanethe animated series based on League of Legends, will return at the end of 2024 with its second season, thanks to an announcement that was made in the event ‘Tencent Video V Vision Conference‘. A piece of news that will make many people happy, especially the large fan base that acquired the show that premiered in Netflix.
Based on the universe of Riot Games, Arcane’s story was mainly focused on telling us how several of the champions we see in the MOBA were formed. Thanks to the splendid work of animation and storytelling, the adaptation got a good number of nominations and was even a winner of awards as in ‘The Game Awards‘ for Best Adaptation or in the ‘Hollywood Critics Association TV Awards‘ in the Best Streaming Animated Series category.
It also became the first video game adaptation to win in the ‘Annie Awards‘ y ‘Primetime Emmy Awards‘. On the other hand, Imagine Dragons again gained notoriety thanks to the main theme of the series ‘Enemy’, which became one of the most listened to songs on different music platforms.
What is Arcane about?
arcane follows Jinx y Viwhile exploring their origins in the city of Piltover and the underworld of Fence, two places that live in strong tension due to social/political differences. Both characters will find themselves on opposite sides of a conflict that is brewing over conflicting convictions and arcane technologies.
