During the study, the morning and evening hours were divided and it was found that training in the morning helps increased activity of the genes responsible for metabolism and fat burning. Accordingly, the researchers assume that early training may be particularly effective for those fighting obesity. It was also found that morning exercise helps reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.
