A return to the roots to better prepare for the future. At Les Mousquetaires, the wind of renewal is blowing from Issy-les-Moulineaux. More precisely from the Intermarché at 100, boulevard Gallieni. This store was the first E.Leclerc center in the Paris region. It is within its walls that a handful of Leclerc members, led by Jean-Pierre Le Roch, the store owner, seceded in 1969. They founded a rival brand, Intermarché, called Les Mousquetaires de la distribution.
Fifty-four years later, it is still the owner of 100, boulevard Gallieni who is about to shake up the habits of the Mousquetaires group. At 49, Thierry Cotillard, who bought this store in 2008 from the daughter of Jean-Pierre Le Roch, was elected president of the Groupement Les Mousquetaires on Tuesday. President of Intermarché from 2015 to 2020, he now manages a juggernaut encompassing Intermarché, Netto, Bricorama, Bricomarché, Roady, an industrial complex of 59 agri-food factories…
