Behind the scenes of Carpool Karaoke: The broadcasting corporation’s musical entertainment program, hosted by comedian Udi Kagan, has been on our screen for three seasons. In each episode of the show, Kagan hosts another Israeli singer and while traveling they sing, talk, and laugh about everything.
It’s the exact opposite of simple
On the face of it, the format seems simple: Audi as a gardener, a recognized singer or songwriter, and Otto, it turns out, is the exact opposite of simple. The broadcasting corporation published a video on Instagram today (Tuesday), revealing behind the scenes of the successful show. The large team that surrounds Kagan in the photographs, is in a convoy of vehicles that travels with him everywhere and accompanies the envelope of the photographs.

Around Kagan there is a team that works non-stop
To film the program, seven days of filming were required, during which Audi drove for sixteen long hours. Although Kagan and his interviewees are filmed alone in a car, make no mistake: they are surrounded by a team that works non-stop. The director and producer of the program are sitting in a special control room, in a van that drives alongside the Audi vehicle, and around the vehicle is a convoy of four vehicles accompanying it. And of course the vehicle itself is networked with cameras, between twelve and sixteen in each episode.
