The titanic space observatory keeps all its promises.
Some 100 to 200 million years after the big bang, the first stars are born in the universe. 13.8 billion years later, on December 25, 2021, man sent an 11 billion dollar behemoth into space: the James Webb Telescope (JWST), which set out to flush out this cosmic dawn, in particular the formation of the first galaxies, these groupings of billions of stars which form islands in the middle of an ocean of emptiness.
