For ten years, Monica Fantini has been offering Radio France Internationale listeners the opportunity to listen to the world differently, using everyday words and sounds. For the series “By heart – The sound that remains”, she was interested in what we are able to recite “by heart”, these fragments which constitute living archives of what we retain from the world, voluntarily or not. She gives us words, poems, lullabies, slogans, songs that have escaped oblivion…
