The State Fund “Agriculture” (DFZ) informs farmers, candidates for direct payments, that in the individual profiles in the Electronic Services System (SEU) all up-to-date data for Campaign 2023 provided by external institutions are loaded. This includes digital geographic layers, data on the number and type of animals, reference and specialized information.
According to the changes in the applicable regulations (Law on support for agricultural producers and Ordinance No. 4 of March 30, 2023) for 2023 and 2024, applicants can submit an application to the DFZ for support for interventions and direct payment measures without possessing a qualified electronic signature (KEP). For this purpose, after entering the application data in SEU, farmers who do not have a KEP should visit the Municipal Office of Agriculture to complete the application process.
At the moment, the SEU has created an opportunity to declare (declare) the interventions for which there are promulgated rules for implementation in the State Gazette. The introduction of new functionalities into the system follows the principles of SEU development, which DF “Agriculture” still uses to increase the efficiency of the provided electronic services. In this regard, in stages, DFZ will publish video instructions for using the new ones functionalities and toolsdeveloped for Campaign 2023.
