Gilmer Flores notifies the prosecutor’s office and municipalities of Cajamarca and Baños del Inca.
Cajamarca.- The festivals and popular shows must have a policy safe. This legal requirement had been omitted to safeguard the safety of the attendees in the face of any eventuality and now the sub-prefecture of Cajamarca will be relentless in imposing its compliance.
Law 27276 of the Entertainment Security Law is in force, said the sub-prefect of Cajamarca, Gilmer Raúl Flores Fernández. The requirement from the date will be enforced and the Crime Prevention Prosecutor’s Office, the Municipality of Cajamarca and the Municipality of Baños del Inca are being notified for their unrestricted compliance, the authority reported.
Gilmer Flores revealed that said legal requirement has been omitted for the respective granting of authorizations. “They are risk events,” he asserted.
