The Sindou half-marathon route validated
Sindou November 13, 2023 (AIB) – A technical team and the various heads of the commissions of the organizing committee of the first edition of the half-marathon headed by the secretary general of the province (SGP), Yéonviel Somé validated on the 13th November 2023 the 21 km circuit of the Sindou Peaks Peace Half-Marathon from the foot of the Sindou Peaks to the Niofila dam.
It was 2:20 p.m. on November 13, 2023 when the technical staff, the heads of the commission members accompanied by security agents left the courtyard of the high police station of the Léraba province to go and review the marathon circuit.
At the end of this visit, it appears that well-equipped defense force and security agents will be stationed throughout the circuit.
Refreshments and water sponges will be available every 5 km of the circuit.
It must be said that before this circuit route, the organizing committee held a meeting in the morning with the directors and heads of provincial services, the military and paramilitary authorities as well as the customary and religious authorities of the province to present to them the program of activities as well as the vision of this half-marathon organization in Léraba.
At the end of this meeting, everyone was there for the event, a first in the Léraba province which will take place from November 14 to 18, 2023.
